Wendy’s New York City luxury real estate brokerage career began in 2002. Shortly after garnering the Rookie of the Year award her first year in the business, she went on to lead the luxury sales market in both new development and resales south of 57th Street as the top broker downtown for six years running. Wendy has represented dozens of new developments while maintaining an active presence in the luxury residential market and in investment sales. Among the transactions in which Wendy represented either the seller or buyer several records were set, including: the highest price per square foot for condo development downtown; highest blended price per square foot new development sellout in TriBeCa; highest pure price point townhouse sale on the Upper West Side; and highest price-per-square-foot townhouse sale in the history of Manhattan, a record that held for eight years. In her role as president of sales for the fastest growing real estate brokerage firm in the history of NYC, she hired over 400 brokers and agents within the first two years, while leading company sales to cross the twelve-billion dollar hurdle during her five year tenure. In the Spring of 2016, Wendy returned to her first career love (outside of writing), working with clients directly in brokerage.
