Praised by client and broker alike, Vladimir enjoys a steady referral business that is a testament to his hard work. Currently enjoying life in the fabulous neighborhood of Prospect Lefferts Garden, Brooklyn, he works in Manhattan and Brooklyn with people of all types and financial levels to buy or sell their own slice of the "Big Apple" pie. To streamline this, Vladimir closely navigates buyers through every step of their purchase, from finding the right neighborhood to negotiating a fair price. Sellers gain from his accurate pricing, creative marketing, and the best price possible from the most suitable, qualified buyer.
Vladimir's extensive business development and corporate finance background lent to his real estate success. At Philip Morris International, he was responsible for implementing a countrywide expansion project entailing the opening of new marketing offices in 14 Russian cities. He has also consulted several real estate dot.coms in sales and marketing.
In his downtime Vladimir enjoys films, skiing, cycling, tennis, travel, and discovering the artistic and culinary wonders of this great city. An amateur but highly accomplished chef, Vladimir enjoys delighting his inner circle with his own culinary creations. He holds a BA degree in International Studies from The University of Vermont where he was a campus leader as the President of both the Student Government Association and the Sigma Phi Society, in which he still actively involved. He is also a member of the Museum of the Moving Image, the American Film Institute, and the Real Estate Board of New York.
