This world demands the qualities of youth; not a time of life but a state of mind, a temper of the will, a quality of the imagination, a predominance of courage over timidity, of the appetite for adventure over the life of ease.

About The Founder

Wendy Maitland is recognized as a record-setter in the industry. Transactions in which Wendy represented the seller, the buyer, or both include: the highest price per square foot for condo development Downtown; highest blended price per square foot new development sellout in TriBeCa; highest pure price point townhouse sale on the Upper West Side; and highest price-per-square-foot townhouse sale in the history of Manhattan, a record she held for eight years. Wendy presided over sales in the fastest growing real estate brokerage firm in the history of NYC at the time, leading company sales to cross the twelve-billion dollar hurdle during her tenure. In returning to her first career love (outside of writing, which she continues to pursue with passion), Wendy is most proud of her longstanding professional relationships with her clients and co-brokers. In the greater realm of life, she is most proud of her two grown children, Emma and Matthew, whom she learns from every day.

At this turning point, Wendy aspires to exchange ideas and mentorship with the great minds thriving in an emerging culture of feminine energy, leadership, innovation, and creativity as she forges new ways of doing business and creating access in the real estate sphere.
