Andrew Tervooren

Project Manager & Licensed Real Estate Salesperson

As an avid traveller, Andrew has always relished in the properties and cultures he has seen along the way. From his visits to Peru, Japan, Chile, Easter Island, and The Dolomite Mountains (to name a few), his worldly explorations were the formative experiences that led to his career in real estate and project management, and which continue to propel him today.

Andrew graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications. He was captain of the University’s Division 1 Men’s Tennis Team and a three-time Big East Academic All-Star. When he wasn’t competing as an athlete or studying, he was taking auditions for commercials and films in New York City. His dynamic and determined personality are what make him excel in real estate, business, and project management.

Prior to joining AWM, Andrew ran operations for WeWork’s Global Headquarters, based in Manhattan. He also started the first on-demand co-working space, cafe and restaurant in New York City. Prior to settling in New York, Andrew worked in Los Angeles in the Motion Picture Literary Department of William Morris Endeavor Entertainment.

As a multicultural connector and achiever, with a passion for real estate and community, he serves as the Project Manager for AWM. Andrew collaborates in all phases of marketing and sales of listings, events, and showings of properties. His background in communications, and experience in both sales and operations, allow him to thrive at the crossover of real estate and project management.
